At Pompidos LLC, we know that plans can change. This page tells you how to cancel an order, what happens after you do, and what you can do if your order has already been shipped.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes. You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. We will stop processing your order and give you a full refund at no cost once we receive your cancellation request.

What If My Order Has Already Been Shipped?

We cannot cancel your order if it has already left our warehouse. However, you can still return it within 90 days of receiving it.

What If I Ordered the Wrong Item?

Contact us immediately if you find out you ordered the wrong item. We can cancel your order and help you place the correct one if it has not yet shipped. Our return policy applies if it has already been shipped.

Cancellations by Pompidos LLC

In very rare cases, we may need to cancel your order. This can happen if:

The item is out of stock or no longer available
We are unable to verify your payment details
We are unable to confirm your shipping address
There is a pricing or listing error on the product

If we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will be notified immediately by email and a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Refund After Cancellation
