Where Pompidos LLC Came From

Outdoor living has always been a big part of my life. Weekends spent outside, fixing up the yard, adding a structure here, upgrading equipment there — it was never really a chore for me, it was just what I enjoyed doing. At some point I realized that finding the right products for that lifestyle was harder than it needed to be. You'd land on a site that had one thing you wanted, then spend another hour tracking down something else somewhere else. Half the time the product info was thin, the prices felt random, and good luck getting a real answer from anyone after you ordered.

That bothered me so much that I decided to make something better. I wanted to create a specialized store, rather than a large marketplace, where individuals who are passionate about their outdoor space could find the necessary items at reasonable prices.

What We Actually Do

Pompidos LLC is based out of Gunter, Texas. We carry outdoor and home products — gazebos, pergolas, garden essentials, ride-on mowers, walk-behind mowers, portable generators, and a range of home finds. It sounds like a wide mix but it all ties back to the same customer: someone who takes their home and yard seriously.

The brands we carry aren't random. Craftsman, Husqvarna, EGO, Generac, Westinghouse, Backyard Discovery, POLYWOOD — these are names that showed up consistently when I was doing my own research as a buyer. We didn't just list whatever was available to resell. We looked at what actually held up, what people weren't returning, and what we'd feel comfortable putting our name behind.

How We're Set Up

It's a small team. We're not a warehouse with hundreds of staff — and honestly that's a feature, not a limitation. When you reach out with a question or an issue, it gets handled by someone who actually knows the products and cares about getting it right. We've kept things that way on purpose.

Free shipping on all U.S. orders, 90-day returns, no restocking fees — those aren't things we advertise to look good and then quietly walk back. They're just how we've always done it. Same with customer support. We respond, we follow through, and if something arrives damaged or wrong, we fix it without making you jump through hoops.

Honestly

There are a lot of online stores selling the same categories we do. Some of them are good. A lot of them clearly don't use the products they sell or care much about who's buying them. We're not trying to be the biggest — we're trying to be the one you come back to, and the one you tell someone about when they're standing in your backyard asking where you got that gazebo.
