Do You Offer Assembly Services?
Yes! Pompidos LLC will assemble any of the items in our store for free, including gazebos, pergolas, swing sets, riding lawn mowers, generators, and more. You don't have to worry about tools, instructions, or how to set it up. We've got it all taken care of.
How to Request Assembly
Your order does not automatically include assembly. After you place your order, just get in touch with us to set up assembly for your product:

Please have your order number ready and tell us which item you need assembled. We will work with you to find a time that works for you.
What Does Assembly Include?
Our assembly service includes putting together your product from start to finish, including:

- Basic functionality check after assembly
- Removal of packaging materials upon request
Do Products Come With Assembly Instructions?
Yes. Every item sold by Pompidos LLC comes with clear assembly instructions. The instructions will show you how to put the product together step by step if you want to do it yourself. You can also ask our team any questions you have during the process.
How Long Does Assembly Take?
The time it takes to assemble something depends on the product. It might take 1–2 hours for smaller items, but it might take longer for larger structures like gazebos and pergolas. When you contact us to schedule, we will give you an estimate of how long it will take.
Is Assembly Really Free?
Yes — 100% free. There are no hidden charges, no labor fees, and no surprises. As part of our commitment to giving our customers the best experience possible, assembly is always included at no cost.
What If My Product Arrives Damaged?
Please contact us before you start assembly if any parts are damaged or missing. We will send you replacements at no cost to you. Do not attempt assembly with damaged or missing parts, as this could affect the safety and stability of the product.
